I authorized $2.95 back in Apr 2011,I was unable to access the site, and canceled the order, hear it is July 2007 and find that my credit card was charged $57.82 without my permission, when I called your number at 8667787880 I was told that I could only be refunded $40.00 I told the person on the phone that this was not accepable since this charge was not authorized. I have already spoken with my credit card company and have advised them of this of tannerhis fraud. I am asking that you refund the full amount of $57.82 back to my credit card. If I do not receive a respond by phone or e-mail within 5 days, I will file a formal complate with my credit card company and the better business bureau along with the State Atorney Genral office.

I hope we can that we can get this resolved ina  satisfactory manner.

These "trial offers" from companies claiming they will help you get "government grants" are all scams, designed to get your account number supposedly for "shipping and handling", but really so they can cram on much larger charges monthly until you figure out how to stop them.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and close the account or block the card number to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address.  Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute them within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
