I have asked to be placed on their do not call list and they call me repeatedly.

They'll never stop. Get a call blocking app on your phone if its a cell. That will help, even though it won't solve it forever. They continually change the caller ID they call from, so every once in a while you'll get call from a new number that you'll need to block. Seriously...they've been calling me for five years. It's absolutely no use to talk to them or yell at them, or get a on a DNC list. Calls are finally decreasing but been blocking for years.
