lab\p top stole in the plan from hand carry

i was in flight number 708 from Istanbul to Karachi on march 1st 2016.. I had my lap top in my hand carry. I put it up on the top. when I got home , my computer was missing. I was so upset . it was brand new lap top, I just bought before my visit to Karachi. someone just stole the lap top from the plan and  let charger in the bag.
