theft and unreasonable hold of funds

This is probably the worst company ever. They sent me documentation to fill out for a charge that a client gave me, but will not release the funds. I sent over 20 emails. automated response. The customer service is TERRIBLE! They answer emails in 4 to 5 days and just try to hold you up! Stay Away. I hope they get shut down!
