    I have been using your services since two years & really happy with. But I am not able to use your one of the best service which is called "ATM". I requested for "ATM CARD" six months ago but don't have yet. I visited to my UBL Branch as well but they are also not able to do anything. They asked me for sending request to head office. May I know the good reason for this???  while everything is clear.

    I deposited  a cheque # 1414521 dated July 10. 2014 in UBL KARSAZ  Shahrae faisal branch , branch code # 0620 in July 2014 worth of rupees fifty thousands. Today , March 27,2015 i received a letter from UBL Karsaz branch that subject cheque is returned unpaid . Look marvelous efficiency of UBL , that they have been sleeping for eight months and all of a sudden they came to know that action  on subject cheque is pending. If this cheque was not verified by concerned bank it should have been intimated to me immediately so that the party who issued this cheque could be contacted. Now after eight month whom i should contact when party who issued this cheque is not available. It is my loss of worth rupees fifty thousands . I contacted manager on mobile to ask why he has not informed me immediately in July 2014, he simply said it was not his duty. Customer should follow up. If customer is to follow up  then what for UBL is retrieving bank charges for their services from customers account regularly. Can any one help me in this regard. My contact # 03002800130
