I conduct a great deal of business online. Luxury Home Outlet is by far the worst business I have encountered.
I was initially provided a confirmed ship date.  When I called on that date to confirm that my sink had been shipped, I was advised the ship date had changed to the following day. I called two days later to confirm  shipment and I was advised that UPS had "forgot" to pick up the sink and it would be shipped the following day.  I again called on the ship date and was advised the sink had not been shipped, but would be shipped the following day.  I cancelled my order and would advise everyone 'to  steer clear of this business.
