Charged my bank account

I was checking my bank account and seen where Ancestry Archives charged my bank account $9,99 without my permission. It was supposely a free trail for thirty days and then if I wanted to keep it I would be charged. I was charged then just for looking for a Birth record . I am on a fix income and disability and need my money refunded......Ann Crites
