Repeated robo calls

Over the past several years we have received repeated robo-calls, sometimes several a day, from [Heather, Rachel, Ann, etc] from "Card Services".  Caller ID indicates these calls come from various numbers, including cell phone numbers.  We are on the "do not call" list for all our phones.  How can we get rid of them?!!
