Air cond repair

Our central air went out the Argo guy came out said it was compressor and he was ordering it about 5 days later the other unit went out Argo air came out  said the compressor went out on this one it took him 4 days to order then found out Argo air never order the first week . We are now in our 2 week and still no air I have a sick husband 2 younger grandkids that live with us with breathing issue it's been 115 at the house and I'm sure hottier inside. Had to take my husband to the Er , due to heat. I have called everyday to American home shield asked to speak to supervisor as to which I was told they are not available. Now my fridge is getting warm due to being so hot in house this is really to much now small kids sick husband in 115 heat
