    Lots of fraud reports here.  One of the complaints reports they said they were in Orange County CA.

    Supposedly they call themselves "Coastline Financial Group" and a bunch of other names.
    BBB shows a company by that name in Anaheim CA, with an "F" rating.

        If you google some of these names.. replies to Various names may be connected..
        you will find reports of shakedown calls pretending to be "process servers", "suing", claiming to be a "law firm", etc.  Same ol' "Corona Scam" pattern.

    Received call about credit card debt i owed, rude lady stated she was going to pursue legally, and wanted my address at work to serve me with papers to let me know they would sue me

      That's what she wants you to think.. replies to ROSA
      It's an act, aimed at panicking you into paying them without any proof you owe them. If they had sued you and were serving papers, a process server would just show up and serve you.  So why the phone call?  Because they aren't suing you, and there's something fishy about their alleged claim you owe them.

    Left messages with 2 family member that I am being sued. Same woman 2 different names Bobbi Moss and Megan Martinez. Called the 888# talked with Randy and he was good!!Trying to collect a debt, threatened judgement and garnushmen, unable to provide any details of this account like charge records, account number SCAM!!!

    Same thing happened to me everything that is mentioned above except they wanted me to verify my social security number which they had pretty scary I wouldn't verify my Social Security number so they told me that they would get ahold of me or for me to call them as soon as I'm ready to give them some information hung up on him

    They called and asked for my husband's ex-wife and if she would be at this address!  I told the woman she has never lived at this address and lives in Nebraska.  I called the number pretending to be her and the woman said for security purposes are the last 4 digits of your ssn XXXX i said yep...since when is that security.  I thought I was supposed to provide that? She said that they are going to garnish my wages or sue me for a credit card from 2009.  I could pay now or go through a judge. I said this sounds like a scam. The woman laughed and said  ma'am I have all your information. i said actually you do not. You have the wrong address and phone number and you are scamming people she laughed again and I hung up!

    Got a call today from 713-538-8846 claiming to be a processor server out of Houston.  Telling me they were going to serve me at my address in New Orleans, where I haven't lived for 15 years.  Sounded shady but I followed up, got a "case reference #" and was told to call": 888-790-2870.

    Which I did, talked to someone who didn't know who was suing me...HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE???  They didn't know who their client is?  This was the first communication, no letters, just a SCAM phone call.

    Then I asked them what the complaint was they told me I was being sued for $1700 and change in a court in Los Angeles, but I called B.S. and tried to give them my attorney's name and number.  The woman shut me down and said have your lawyer call them.

    Did some research on the numbers and it looks like these guys are running a con right now.  Since all the calls are recent it's likely they are doing a quick hit before moving on.

    I just received yet another call from them saying I owe them from a credit card that I have never heard of told me they was sending the police to my job with a subpoena and they will start garnishing my wages....he started calling out some  of my old addresses he claim they sent me over 6 months of letters notifying me of this so I asked what is the last address they sent letters to he didn't know it so he then proceeds to ask me where did I live now I wouldn't answer he put me on hold and never came back to the phone

    This is another number they are calling from 713-538-8846 but wanting you to call 888-790-2870. Claiming that I am being sued for a debt for which they can not tell me what it is or who is suing me. So i asked for "Marie" ss#, address, driver license number and credit card info. she started laughing and then hung up.

    I got a message on my voicemail to call 888-790-2870 with a reference #. The phone call comes from a # 1000000000 trying to block their #. I never answer those anyway. Now I can see by other replies, it was just another SCAMMER, with an accent that sounded as though they were from India. Since they answer phone calls for everyone, it's amazing they don't already have all our personnel info !!!
