Catnapper furniture fabric disintegrates in less than two years

We bought a Catnapper recliner sofa and loveseat for almost $2,000 less than 2 years ago. After about 18 months we noticed the bonded leather fabric beginning to bubble and crack. Now we have large peeling spots on the headrest and back areas of all 5 seats that we are embarassed for anyone to see. There is a "finish" on the bonded leather that disintegrates from normal use in less than 2 years. It is not EVER covered by the warranty, even during the first year, because evidently they KNOW it is junk and will fall apart. Buyer beware-- DO NOT BUY CATNAPPER BONDED LEATHER furniture. Before we submitted this complaint, we contacted Jackson Furniture customer service (twice in order to finally get a response) who stuck to the "not-covered-by-the-warranty" line. Clearly they do not care that they are producing a faulty product.
