So many complaints... first, my trainer talked me into upgrading my training account because he had become a "master trainer" & the only way to continue training with him after his promotion was to upgrade my account... so I upgraded (was trying to be loyal). Then he quit & moved. Which left with NO OTHER MASTER TRAINERS at my gym & apparently with the upgrade, I can ONLY TRAIN WITH MASTER TRAINERS... which was never told to me. So I asked to downgrade (?) my account so I could train with someone else... well apparently I'm not allowed to do that. Which means I was stuck paying $300+ a month for training I COULD NOT USE. So I wanted to cancel... and was told the only way to do that was to buy out my contract for OVER $700 AND I WOULD LOSE THE MAJORITY OF SESSIONS I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR BUT COULDN'T USE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO MASTER TRAINER. I hate this gym & hope someone sues the [***] out of them. Go to hell LA FITNESS.
