Cancellation Policy forces extra months

Very deceptive policy that forces extra costs if you cancel.   I was so furious at the time.  Not an honorable managment team.  They whole company deserves to crash and burn.  Shame because they have some good people working for them.  Also had issues with missing items when they cleaned out the lockers.  Their assistance on review was very weak and frustrating. These guys just don't care.  

Also - don't fall for "everyone charges after cancellation explanation:"   Such bull.   Hope the word gets out - there are other reputable fitness centers you should strongly consider..
