Poor communication level

I used to rent from Sixt - Stockholm / Norrköping since I don't have a car at the moment. Today I received a bill for my last rental and I found that they are over charging me with approximately 1000 SEK "around 100 euro" for 1 extra day. I compared the bill with the previous weekend bill where I had the same car for the same period for 1700 SEK (instead of 2032 SEK)...I couldn't understand how they are calculating it!!
I phoned SIXT @ Norrköping ....and to not make the paragraph longer..I could not understand a [***]. They were claiming that I returned the car one day later and you should returned the car @8:00 [ altougth I asked for the car till 17:00 and I returned @ 15:00 (2 hours early). Also, the contract I signed was for 1300 SEK and the bill received is for 2032 SEK].
When I compared to him with the previous week bill .... He claimed that last week you have asked for a small car and we gently upgraded you for a higher catagory ...GOOD PLAY !!!

I was expecting a professioncy in communication higher than such a level.

    SIXT BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT UPGRADE !
    Very disappointed with Sixt staff at Birmingham Airport . I was asked to upgrade to a car for the cost of £90 a day but when I refused to pay the staff member told me to go to the car park, shocking. I think his name was Vikramberjit or Vikramjit. This type of behavior is not on.
