I ordered 10 cases of papers from blanks plus paper company to print catalogs and requested for 3day air UPS shipping. However, we didn't get it one time but received one day later. I called and asked to pay for the shipping cost since it's not delivered on time but they said it's not their fault because they shipped on time but UPS delivered late. Anyways, the order got delivered late so it's their responsibility so I asked for the owner or president of the company to talk about this issue but they are not just keep saying it's UPS's fault. I understand UPS delivered it late but they should take care of the shipping cost because they are the one who hired UPS not me.
