Upset as Hell & Fit to be tired

Almost a month ago my appliance broke.  Couldn't be repaired so they had to replace it but as of today the new appliance hasn't been installed because of freight drivers had no clue of how to install or remove the old item.  Then they broke a water pipe in the process and I had to call a plubmer.  Then they sent out another company and they were repairmen and not installers.  But they don't hesitate to debit my account for the payment each month.  Just terrible service and rude representatives answering the phone lines after you've been on hold for hours.
