$700 washer fails right after warranty. Service team cannot repair after three visits, doesn't charge us, says that Maytag makes lemons and that Maytag will replace. Three weeks later after supervisors say they will resolve (in one week) we are at zero resolution. They will do "nothing", "good luck"... Bottom line, I never wanted anything for free I just want a straight answer. The inconvenience and principal is way more important that me dropping another grand on another (anything outside of the Whirpool family) washer.

Now, two days before T-giving, washerless, on way to Home Depot to buy an LG washer. Per two HD sales people LG's presentaion and products in general are light years above Whirlpool's. America's best used to be appliances and trucks, take the appliances off the list.

    I completely agree.  I have had no luck with their certified techs that they send out too.  Horrible service.  Still washer is not working and is in worse condition than before the tech came to the house.
