My first visit to Ashley Funiture was unpleasant, not one sales person approached me to assist. My son convinced me to visit the store again, this time we had a very friendly salesman. My gut feeling was not to purchase anything but due to the nice salesman I decided to purchase a bedroom set. I scheduled a Sunday delivery, so I wouldn't have to take time off from work (loss of income). I waited ALL DAY Sunday, contacted customer service multiple times, only to receive a call at 6 read more ยป pm indicating that they would need to reschedule the delivery for Monday. I was told I would be the second delivery on Monday and my merchandise would be delivered by noon.....well, it's 2:16pm and still nothing! Called customer service and I'm getting the same story....they'll attempt to reach dispatch and call me back.... WTF!!. I should have went with my gut feeling, NOT to purchase anything from Ashley Furniture. I would NOT recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone and I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!

The delivery company finally arrived at 4:15pm....and guess what.....the bolts were missing from the box so they couldn't assemble the bed frame......AAAHHHH!!!!! Now they have to schedule someone to come out on Tuesday between 8-12noon. I WANT TO SCREAM!! Oh, and the comforter set that I ordered, well they tried to give me the wrong one (color and size)......good thing I opened the box before the driver left.

It's Tuesday, 1:49pm and I'm still waiting for someone to come to assemble the bed frame. Customer Service is full of %$#@!!!!!!! I've called multiple times and I get the same story, they'll try to reach the driver.....more BS!! I would be embarrassed to say that I work for Ashley Furniture if I were their employees. I'm taking this to the next level.....not going to let it go!!
