Called to request how to lower monthly charges. After an hour on the phone they ended up increased the bill. I called again, same results twice. I wrote two letters and they failed to respond to either. I called again and requested immediate termination. After hours on the phone they finally relented, however, they then charged me 294.50 to terminate. I had already paid them additional service charges after I request ways to reduce the bill. They lied twice. I was forced to terminate do to fraud. These people are horrible to work with. I spent hours on the phone. Now their collections people are calling me twice daily. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM DISH. Their customer service is right up there with Comcast. They lie and fail to respond.

    I jave had nothing but ongoing problems with dish also, first i was accepted for the best package ever i guess and upon signing up told the cs rep i only have debit cards she said that was ok and I paid then the installer came out asked me if i had a cigarette and soda!? Then wanted to do a half ass job and return at a later date due to not being able to put the satellite on my roof. Then returns to set it kn a cynder block that lasted for a day to charge me for weeks until diggers that i guess i had to call and didnt know that came out,  THEN another installer comes out and runs wires where my baby can chew on them along my wall and floor!!? I then call them with questions as to why i have a high bill and wasnt locked into the price i was promised for them to tell me that pretty much they fraudulently used someone elses credit card numbers to even get me signed up as debit wouldnt work! And when I tell them debit is all ive ever had and it concerns me that they use whoevers credit card upon approval to make money and its FRAUDULENT PRACTICE i hear laughing and get told they took 200 off my bill for me and then hung up! !! WTF? Then i move and was told that u can move and they will instal for free upon moving so when they vome to instal they tell me i owe them money!? Upon many other wrong things and customer service is crap they dont keep notes or communicate with each other at all its merely all about the money!  Im switching to charter and good ridence dish! Ill see you in a class action law suit!!!
