Terrible Service and food

On July 27th, I went to Red Lobster in Meridian, MS. From the begining as myself and my compainon walked into the resturant we were greeted by hostesses that were giggling and playing. We were told to wait on a table a minute so we did, the wait was not too long but once we were seated it took our server over 10 minutes to greet us and bout the same to bring 2 glasses of sweet teas. We ordered stuffed mushrooms for appetizer and they were dried out and rubbery (once we finally got them 15 minutes later). Finally when we got our meal, I ordered a seaside shrimp trio, my pasta was dried out and had not parm on it, it was thrown on my plate and hanging off the side, also my scampi was too tough to eat and brocolli under cooked. The whole presentation of the meal was gawdy. Then I see a chef walk into the dinning room dirty dressed, pants hanging below his waist with crust in his eyes at what  I am  assuming to be the beginning of his shift. I was told his name was Mario when I asked the waitress who he was. I had an awful experience and would never eat at another Redlobster and advise the same to anyone else.
