They KEEP CALLING...

I get almost one call a day from these folks.  I have reregistered my cell phone on the do not call list.  When I have the time and patience I press 1 to speak with a rep and request that my number be removed from their call list.  In most cases before I am done asking they have already hung up on me.  Today the number was:  313-204-1037, some other numbers have been: 612-222-7091 and 813-444-5511.  When you call most back there is a message that states this is not a valid number or some such.  Really ready to change my cell phone number.  Wishing there was some way to prosecute.

    Contact your congressman to file complaints against FTC for failing to stop these harassing calls, and against VISA and MasterCard for assisting this scam in stealing money from consumers.

    I hate these damn calls. best I can do I guess is file complaints with the do not call list. I have made an effort to publish all the calls I get. It may not mean much but it at least makes me feel like I am doing something. some of the audio can be funny. its on my site at http://www.phauks.com/cardservices.html 
    I do know that the do not call list complaint page even states that they can only use their complaints as evidence but it does not mean that they will pursue anything.

      You should make a collection of the funny ones for youtube, using soundbites. They need to be publicly ridiculed and humiliated!
