last in first served

I've never experienced such an unfair service before in my life. I went to kfc at phillip nel park, pretoria west and made a drive through to buy 4 pieces of chicken. A guy named Kenneth told to to park my car aside because the meat will only be ready after 8 minutes. I packed the car and two other cars that were behind me followed and parcked their car too. To my suprise he gave them their order first before me. I waited because I was thinking that he will come to me after that, but he never did. 15 minutes later I went back into the store requesting thet they give me my money back since they could'nt bring my meat and I askef that he ( Kenneth) calls his manager for me. A lady named Mavis came and she askef me what happened and I explained. He asked Kenneth why he served the other customers before me and he said because he does'nt have anyone to help him. That was it. Mavis said sorry and she gave my money back and took my numbers. Kenneth didn't even show any remorse at all. I feel that I was unfairly treated and I wish that something could be done on this matter.
