Bally Total Fitness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When i signed up i asked the woman if at any time i can cancel since its not a contract - she said yes absolutely with no hesitation!
She insisted $15.99/month was a better deal for me and my cousin.
We were excited to start working out and getting toned.
One week later i decided that i dont use any of the other facilities at Bally's so i should change my $15.99 to $9.99/month which is access to all the machines. i thought this would be very simple - change my plan (NOT CONTRACT!!!!!) but let me tell you NOT that simple at all.
One they told me even though its only been a week if i cancel or change i have to pay for the annual fee again and for the first two months again. (yep total craziness) the Guy who works there simply said to me your better of staying with $15.99 a month. Its been 3 months now and i need to cancel my account.Noone answers the phone. this one # number i called said the wait is to too long, call back another time "click" hung up the phone on me.
All i got was an automated message. I swear Ballys totally drained me. I dont ever wanna hear about Bally's !!! everything suck about it - The website - Over the phone customer service (you never get a real person), plain and simple THEY LIE!!!!!!
if they tell you its not a contract - im telling you you're in a contract - how do you get charged to change your plan if you dont have a contract with them ????????? they really need to get their act together and find real people to help Customers on the phone. That simple.
im just annoyed!
