award of cash

hi my name is zarina.. i just got a call from mr tony morgon.. and he says that he has arrived at delhi international airport and for the custon clearing i have to pay 49000 inr..he made me speak to a indian  genlemen saying that he is one of the officer of custom.. and that person told that theire is a person from u.k who has a parcel with him on my name.. and i need to pay the money..i told the officer guy that  i dnt even knw him then how should i pay that much amount..he said me if i have any queries i can come down to delhi airport and check it as they wont allow him to take the parcel..and they have holded them there...  i said i cant pay that much now.. then i spoke to mr tony morgon and told him i cannot pay.. so he said that he would b staying in some hotel at airport and to let him know by tomorrow..
