we have been without our washing machine,for over 30 days. this is after5service calls and numerous delays in parts shipments.my wife has called maytag and a & e . she was informed if she could find the parts locally, maytag would pay for them.this should not be her job? also 2 service men could not get the tub bolts out,it took me 10 minutes.your service is deplorable.
ihave no reservations, going to oter product lines.












wehave incurred addition costbecause these delays.awaiting your written reply.

    Tech can get out bolts to but we also know u can damage more things with force. 19.7 volt impact can get out most this but damages and stipres plastic hole on tub and basket.
