I think this was an old card that was cancelled when I got my chip card. They got the information from "Phantom Athletics" (online) because I made a purchase from Phantom for the exact same amount in January of this year. I will deal with my bank today. At ledast the Fraud Division let me know!

    Contact your bank..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
