To Whom It May Concern:

I am very unhappy to have received the note from T-Mobile regarding the balance of $145.15.  I strongly believe that balance was billed mistakenly.

Therefore, I refused to pay the charged of $145.15 due to the reasons as listed:

Firstly, the 3rd contract (12/9/2008-12/9/2010) with T-mobile was terminated by Dec 9 2010. Since then, I have switched my cellular phone service to another company on 12/29/2010. The services with T-mobile should be discontinued automatically after then.

Secondly, I have called T-mobile customer service on 11/23/2011 and cancelled my third line 949-282-7385, but it still appear on my monthly bill. I don’t believe I should be charged for Dec and January. I was also told by T-mobile customer service that the fees should be charged by the days of usage. However, I only used 14 days from 11/9 to 11/23. The additional line costed 0.33 per day($10.00/month). I have over paid by $5.28 on my Nov bill.

Thirdly, I have left T-mobile on 12/29/2010 after the contract was terminated. We had a family plan which included two lines that was $49.99 per month; plus a $4.99 charge for text messages. The total monthly fee is $54.98. There were two numbers (949-228-7145 and 949-228-6986) that should be charged by only 20 days (12/9/2010-12/29/2010). I have called the T-mobile customer service on 4/19/2011 and they informed me that they charge the bill base on the number of days of usage. Therefore, I do not believe I should be charged for monthly bills when I am no longer with T-mobile.

Please kindly review the attached documents and check ($33.02). Also, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

After recalculating my charges, the bill should be $33.02

Dec fees:  20 days x 1.7735 =  $35.47
Tax:  8.25% x 35.47=$ 2.93
Deduction from over paid on Nov $5.38
