“3-Day Return Policy”

First, a salesperson when purchasing an item on sale should take the extra 20-30 seconds to let you know their policy. Second, after reading their policy, it does not only apply for 65% off, my purchase was 50%. Third, at least offer an exchange policy or store credit. Most importantly, the three days (which is ridiculous) should start the DAY AFTER PURCHASE, so in actuality it is a “2-day policy”. I loved Dillard’s, but not anymore. No wonder they’re at the bottom of the food chain of department stores. I guess this is another scheme to get more money. You can’t even get decent customer service either, I see the store rolling downhill into closure.
