BAD AND POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

i firstly have two complains regarding the KFC in SouthWay Durban (0314650351) on the 08.10.2014 I placed a order at the call centre (0310017700) at 11:10am for lunch for my office they told us it will take give or take 45mins. They have been to my
place many other times. I am based 22 Martin Drive Queensmead Industrial Park, there is a KFC in malvern which is less than 10 mins away. I waited for this order an hour later I called back to the call centre, the lady Zinhle said they trying to get hold of him. That was at 12:00. I got a call from the driver few minuts later, asking me how to get here, I gave him directions, told him we always order from you guys so you are right around from us, so it should have not taken you so long. He was not sure about the address which I found very strange. I levae at 13:00pm so I was very angry that I ordered this meal and it was not delieved its over an hour. Plus just to state the fact I am pregnant also, so being hungry was making me more angry, I called the call centre again which was ringing only. Eventually your driver rocks up at 13:05, which I left to go home by then, I end up leaving the cash for my staff to pay, so someone else could eat the meal. Staff was disappointed food,came cold, an in poor quality. Driver said he came from southway which I assume it will come from the nearest branch that would have been malern KFC. Driver said he did not know the area and he was not even suppose to come to us. They was going to call us and tell us they can not deliver. We found that totally unprofessional and appalling. Staff end up paying for the food they did not really want to eat. And I was left going home with no food. The service was so poor whats the point of a fast food outlet which can not serve customers good quality food. I would have love a refund or proper meal to be resent to us. I wish i was in the offices i could have taken pictures and tell you the tempreature of the food when it got to us.
SECOND COMPLAIN
On saturday evening on the 04.10.14, I do not have the recipt in front of me, I was coming from the airport my hubby wanted to stop to grab some food, so Southway KFC in durban has a drive thru, we have been there many times generally its quick and fast deliveries. He saw the que for the drive thru said it would have been better if he just goes inside. Since there was only one person insode it would have not taken so long. He placed his order around 7pm or so his order number was no:66 he waited inside for 45mins which he lost it by then. I was in the car I could not understand what was taking so long. few other customers started coming through the KFC, but not so busy, that my hubby didnt get his order by now. They called order before 65 downwards then they just skipped 5 orders and started calling from 71 onwards ervyone else was making a noise cause they waiting so long, service was so behinf the counter plus no one could give any of the customers answers. When customers started getting their orders 3 of the orders where all wrong, it was not what they asked for. They mixed up the orders, I mean thats totally messed up. KFC is totally going to the dogs. Poor food quality, not proper staff thats qualified to work there, no good customer service, a manager thats so confused does not understand what his doing. If you guys trying to work like other food outlets for examply Macdonalds you guys really need to speed up your services, quality of food and staff. KFC has always been my favourite but has time passes thats quality of the food and service has depleted and why run a food outlet or drive thru if you can not service your biggest income, your CUSTOMERS. I would love to hear or get feedback from some regarding this bad service.

I was in roseburgh Testing centre i just went to order my lunch at kfc southway mall i was so surprised the store is very neat the cashier who was serving me her name is Veracious ;was very friendly she welcomed me with a very good smile i didnt know what to order she suggested that i should try their new burger a double crunch meal it very nice i took her advice and bought that n when i went to collect my order on the 2nd screen also get a good service frm the lady called Memo called my number then told it your hot a fresh burger wished me to enjoy my lunch wow guys i enjoyed my lunch n it was really hot and fresh i feel so welcomed in your restaurant keep it up on your good service thanks a lot from now on i will always have my lunch in your kfc
