In Ac gas cylinder gas is dry

I had last year purchase Ac,now Ac is repair gas cylinder gas dry,we complaint yesterday,but not come anyone to repair,the Ac,24 hours good service u r saying,But we are not satisfy Samsung services.you don't have respect for customers
