Cancellation of personal trainer contract

This company is a nightmare to deal with.  I have been trying for almost 6 months to have the company
stop billing my credit card.  I have sent them everything they required to cancel the contract.  They
keep saying that they haven't received the information - I sent it certified mail the first time and a
fax from the doctor's office the second time.  They keep stating they have not received any information
and keep billing my credit card every month.  I have even had the crdit card company try to deal
with this and L.A. Fitness will NOT respond to them and when you call, they don't know what
you are talking about.  DO NOT sign anything with them - go to another gym that is cheaper and
has integrity and honesty......
