Early termination fees and illegal business practices

I had Dish bundled with Frontier internet. I couldn't wait for my 1 year contract to end with Dish. Every month I had to dispute charges on my bill. My bill kept growing and my channel line up kept shrinking. When I called to cancel Dish, they said I had another year on my contract because I added a joey. No one told me about this. Nothing was mentioned on my statements either. I cancelled anyway and they said I will have an early termination fee. I bundled Frontier Fios tv with my Frontier internet . I was very happy with the service for about 3 months then my bill showed a past due balance of $450.00 from Dish. I called Frontier and told them that I no longer have Dish, and they let me pay my current bill disregarding the Dish portion as a mistake. on December 15, right after paying my new bundle in full, my tv service was disconnected for non payment. I would have to pay the past due Dish bill in full to keep my new service. I couldn't afford this around Christmas and when frontier wouldn't work with me to keep my service, I had to cancel my new contract and get another early termination fee. I have told Frontier to send boxes to return the equipment countless times to no avail. I am still being charged monthly service fees that now total over one thousand dollars. I get a different run around every time I call customer service. Isn't this illegal? Dish sent me to collections and got my new service disconnected. Frontier said they bought my dish debt. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
