Unauthorized charges on my credit cards

Oct 13, 2016 a recurring charge of $74.99 was charged on my Discover Card ............0227 that I did not authorize. Oct 18, 2015 another unauthorized charge of $66.99 was charged to my card due to an Kaspersky order that should have been cancelled because of a non
download that did not work. This I believe is a violation of trust. If you investigate this matter you will see that this order in question was never ever complete or used, so why would I recurr an order. Please refund my funds back on my card for Oct 13, 2016 & Oct 18, 2015.
