I am a frequent flyer, elite plus card holder.
Your on board flight service is excellent.
But you ground staff/ checking in staff, in Lagos Nigeria, are running a very poor operation that is damaging your image.
I am regretting flying with you on this route, specifically, because of the rudeness, the unorganized, chaotic operation your ground staff is operating.
This is not the first time I get really upset with the experience I am having checking in with your airline.
Please do what is necessary; I am one loyal flyer really contemplating other options.
