nuisance calls

EVERY evening around 7PM, I receive a call from Vitelity, LLC, with this phone number:  248-247-1356.  I called them back the other day, and there was a recording about a recent online health insurance inquiry I'd made, and that if I were still interested in insurance, I was to hit "3" to speak with someone in my area.  When I hit "3",  I heard a female say "goodbye."  I have not yet actually answered the phone call when it comes in.  I love caller ID.
