Nothing but problems!

I opened up a card about a month ago online and a few days after I made a purchase then a payment right after. They then sent me a bill stating I didn't make my payment for the month so I contacted them. The customer service woman was completely rude to me and kept telling me I didn't understand the billing. Eventually they counted my payment as that months payment but not after the woman had me to the brink of tears because I was so mad. She even went so far to tell me that she paid all hers off immediately because she has three jobs. My payment was even larger than the minimum.
I just looked at my account online tonight (it's not even time for my second payment) and come to find out that on the day my first payment was due (which I made, as I stated above) I had a late fee on my account. I am completely irate. I will be calling the company as soon as they open up in the morning. I've had enough and I will be paying off my card ASAP and getting rid of it.
If anyone is considering getting the credit card, DON'T! I'm 19 and they will end up ruining my credit, worst mistake of my life.
