Cancellation policy

Lifetime Fitness refuses to refund premiums paid after being legitamely notified by mail of my request for termination>they use the excuse that the mail carrier never delivered the letter!

30 days to cancel is a con>simply a ploy to grab another months premium for no service given.

Its a swindle in my opinion.Beware potential members!
