David advised Card Services will reduce my interest rate on my credit card.  Requested his phone number and he hung up.
Have Do Not Call program in place.

    The company name of this business is Clear Breeze Solutions.  I was taken for $990.00 by this company.  I have requested that I get a full refund.  This company does not give refunds.  They don't do business that way.  I am having the charge disputed with my credit card company and I'm hoping for the best.  Clear Breezes stated that they would use the recording of our conversation against me with my credit card company and that I would put my credit history in shambles if I did continue to purse my refund or dispute this charge.  These people are going to get theirs.  I don't know someone could sleep at night willing doing this to people who are areadly drowning in debt.

    Note that complaints include that they charged accounts of people who claim they NEVER even contacted them.  You should probably contact your state AG, they use a "call center" located there, so you may want to contact the Florida AG.
