I downloaded the program two months ago. I bought 360 share pro unknowingly through limwire.co.uk, thinking it was going to be the real limewire. It worked find the first weeks. I paid for the life time membership and was enjoying it. Then, suddenly the program stopped launching. No matter what I do, i can't get to launch.  I cant contact them to complain as my username is claimed to be incorrect. I want my money back.

    I am having the same problem. I paid for the life-time subscription but the  program would not connect any more. I wrote to their customer service (maybe 10 times or so), and finally got a response from them after I said I will go the police and small court.

    Try to call them, and demand a refund. I hear many their customers are not happy with the service.

    I just bought 36oSharePro $72.31US 3/6/2011 with virus and spy protection software. None of it works. My system keeps getting virus invasion. I want my money back and am in the process of making a complaint against Marketbill who sold it to me.

    The same as everyone else!!! I paid for a lifetime subscription and now I can't use the service at all I demand a refund or fix the service to where it is working properly or I will take legal action.

    I too have been dooped by 360sharepro...they finally sent me a response to an email but the directions were to download something called utorrent which didn't work the same as 360sharepro and I could figure out how to download like I did with 360share pro.  I paid for a lifetime membership and fully expect them to honor the agreement.

    I bought 360 share years ago. I too bought their lifetime program. Worked great for almost a year. They changed their name slightly and that was the last time I could log on. Good luck to everyone. It is so frustrating to get taken by these companies.

    Has anyone found a good and secure site to download music. I don't mind paying for the service, just want it to work.
