Hi, I have taken connections in the month of May 2007. At that time i was forced to give all the documents in hard copy for proof. Also they ask signature on all the documents for taking any plans at that time. I was granted Rs.7000/- credit limit.

After 4 months my credit limit has been set to Rs.500/- and that is being informed to me via SMS. When I have asked them to give me letter for the same they are simply denying and telling me that SMS is more than enough. After few days my outgoing has been restricted as my usage is more than Rs.500/- as per their records.

When I have asked them to give details about the same. They are again just sending sms that my usage is more than 500 but they are not giving me any detail about the same. When I have asked them that my billing period is not over how you can ask for interim payment from me. I will pay interim payment provided you give me interim bill also. When we send SMS to 111 they give unbilled usage and their is condition that this amount does not include any discounts/adjustments.

Than how can I rely on their sms. Also I am in to plan 399 plus where 1000 hutch to hutch sms and minutes are free. and as they have restricted my outgoing service i am not even not able to make any kinds of outgoing calls to any hutch number or sms to any hutch number.When  i have told them to discontinue my number on phone. than they are telling me to come to hutch care shop and give letter.

Where as they don't have to give anything in writing only we are the fool who have to give everything in writing. Also as per them my connection is just one month old. where as it was already started in the month of may 2007. As my connection is new i will not be granted to discontinue service ? as their systems and software's are not up to the mark why we should suffer for the same.
