Whenever you find an unauthorized charge on your account, and you find a pattern of similar complaints, dispute it in writing as "fraudulent" with your bank, and close that account.
Be sure to get your written dispute to your bank within 60 days of the statement date on the statement showing the unauthorized charge. Be sure to close the account immediately to prevent further charges.

I'm in the same boat as you. pd the 1.97 fee cd and then this am 39.99 was deducted from my bank account for them and i did not authorize this either!
