When I was renting a car from Sixt in the Frankfurt Int'l the lady at the desk persuaded me it was a diesel one. It had the papers in German I have no idea about. I am not a car expert and cannot tell a diesel car from a gasoline. So I trusted her. Only when I filled it up with diesel somewhere in the night I realized she was wrong! Despite that, Sixt forced me to pay for the repairment job.

Came across very unprofessional in his manner and how he conducted himself. He literally shouted at me rather then tries to attempt to speak to me. Demanded a handshake rather then naturally giving one,very dominant pose, I can go on and on. Said my cartrawler insurance was complete waste of money. Never seen customer service like this with all the years I have been renting cars.
If he finds someone else gets away with something he does all the time, then he will scream and shout. Pathetic person.

Vik got cabin staff member to check his last few rentals 02/10/17 to keep his RPD High.
RA 9361460814 , Reg YA17VEX, Used a damaged dirty car to secure upgrade and pretended by email it was fully clean by support staff. He checked the car in before he checked out. All done from the front desk.
WHEN YOU RENT A CAR ASK THE AGENT TO GO WITH YOU TO CECK THE CAR.
DON' T SIGN IN ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE, BECAUSE YOUR SIGNATURE CAN BE PUTTED ON ANY PAPER AFTER THAT. ASK FOR PAPERS SO YOU CAN READ WHAT IS WRITTEN AND ASK FOR YOUR OWN COPY SIGNED BY THEIR AGENT.
DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD, IF IT'S POSSIBLE, BECAUSE THEY CAN CHARGE YOU ANYTIME AFTER YOU LEAVING THE COUNTRY.
DON'T RENT CARS FROM SIXT !!!
