You took total 27 days to deliver the material from faridabad to raigarh (chattishgarh). It seems that luggage was kept in open area from beginning and out of total delivery time, 10 days it was kept at raipur due to your internal money related issues.
1. All mattress, blankets, Clothes are totally wet and got destroyed, can not be used, you people made it all scrap.
2. Motor bikes petrol tank is damaged heavy dent marks are there. it seems some one has hit the hammer on it.
3. Electronic items :(Fridge, Iron box, TV, Grinder and mixer etc) are also wet and yet to be checked whether they ok or not but i am sure they will not work.
There is not a single item which is ok. You ppl are really agarawal packers and movers? but no one can believe after seeing ur service. Every one will think that u ppl are worst than road side packers and movers. Even the local packers and movers are more conscious about the safety of luggage because they have one owner of the company and they feel ownership and their responsibility but u ppl hv no owners and whoever you call, no one will take ownership of your complaint. every one will give another phone no. to get rid of customer.
You charge separately for everything like packing, loading, transport, unloading then why material got wet very badly? why bikes petrol tank got damaged? why delivery got delayed, if the customer has paid the total amount in advance, why he should face your internal money related issue. I got tired calling Mr. Reddy and Mr. MN Rao every day but no one has taken action on time and it took them total 10 days to resolve ur internal problem.
I guess u ppl dont care about the luggage and u just care about ur profit because u hv the safe option of insurance.
Can you plz give your Directors /Owners mobile no.

I am Amit Singh. I booked my luggage from Faridabad to Raigarh
(Chattisgarh) on 13th of July. Your manager from faridabad committed
me to deliver the luggage in 8 to 10 days, it means by 23rd of July it
had to be delivered but till now luggage has not been delivered.
There is some your internal fund related problem due to which the
luggage is not being delivered and it is hold at Raipur since last
7days. But I dont understand, why the customer face the problem.
You people have broken good image of Agarwal packers, DRS group.
