Greetings!
I know you always solve every ones problem and i have faith on you that you'll also solve my problem.
I m Amit Gupta. I m doing PGDBA from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL), Pune. I have paid all the installments of my fees (1st installment of Rs14000 and 2nd installment of Rs9000). There is no due amount. My Registration no. of SCDL is 200701859
Unfortunately, I am unable to create my login id and password on www.scdl.net . i have tried alot to make my id on 15 april 2009 but there was some error messages whenever i tried to make user id and password. So i didn't get my user id and password. But when i tried to create user id and password it was show that my "password is invalid". But i dont know what's my login id and password.
When i try to login on Existing Students they are not accepting my id which i was trying. And if i submit my Security Question that's also not accepted. Please see the attachment and you'll know the problem.
28th November '07 is the last date of submitting the assignments . If i wont get my user id n password i'll b unable to submit my assignments and also unable to give exams.
I have inform SCDL with a letter and lots of mails but they are not solving my problem. Even i call them but no one is taking call and but i have to always pay charges for that call.
Please solve my problem. You are the only hope for me. If you wont help me my carrier and money will spoil. I m mentally depressed just because of this problem. I dont have much time. Please do the need full as early as possible.

With draw your attention about my fees inquiry. Please show msg on my e-mail ID (poonam.mahor007@gmail.com). Now till that you have not shown any msg about my fees. I hope you will information about my fees as soon as earlier.

i would like tp bring your attention towars my problem which i am facing. i have paid 1st instalment fees of my pgdba course on 23 july and the draft which i sent reached your office on 24th july. as it was the last date of my payment of 1st instalment. bt upto now after a whole month my fee details have not been updated with the 1st instalment, and the next due date for the 2nd instalment is on 24th september 2009. so kindly help me in this regard. i am totally confused and under high pressure. my registration no. is 200923864 and d/d no. is 373368.
