deducting balance and customer care service not available

I am user of airtel from the time i have started using mobile phone.
 as observed in past few months airtel is turning into a WORST customer care SERVICE.  
 from my airtel number i can not contact airtel customer care agent. All the time i call airtel customer care all the options are available except talking option to customer care agent.!! I am experiencing this from last few months. This is badly frustrating me. I have seriously thought of switching to other network.
   few days back i downloaded a game from "nokia ovi" site into my mobile. That web page DID NOT HAVE ANY DETAILS STATING THAT I WILL BE CHARGED Rs 60 for downloading that game. For your information "AIRTEL HAS CHARGED ME  Rs 60 for downloading game from NOKIA OVI STORES WITH OUT ANY INFORMATION AND WARNING.
  THERE AFTER AIRTEL HAS ACTIVATED the GAME AND  CHARGING ME Rs 5/-   DAILY. TILL DATE I NEVER GOT ANY MESSAGE INFORMING ME THAT AIRTEL HAS ACTIVATED GAME ON MY NUMBER.
 I here by request you to give justice  for balance deduction by "airtel".
