Just received a call from Amy Creech from T Wells & Associates. Phone number of 626-709-6077 with a case# of 133817 stating I am being sued. Also, was advised documentation had been sent to my home etc. Nothing has ever been sent. This is a clear attempt to scam someone by stating they will be opening a case in my local county.

I just recived a call and noticed on my caller I.D. it read "311 Non Emergency Services, I didnt answer but a message was left asking for an elder parent. When asked what this was about Amy Creech stated that a complaint had been placed against my parent. I asked what kind of complaint and she stated that the legal paper work had been sent which we never received but that I should contact 626-709-6077 and Mr. Waters would be able to explain everything, I did just that and Mr. Waters was no help due to confidentiality. What Amy Creech and Mr. Waters failed to realize was that they had already disclosed to much information to me without really knowing who I was and its pretty obvious they were spoofing the their caller Id's in an attempt to further legitimize their identity.

I am making a police report and filing complaints with the Texas and California Attorney Generals Offices and the U.S. Secret Service to iclude my local district attorneys office I will not stand for anyone taking advantage of the elderly.

I been getting phone calls from 6264707532 stating the same agains my name I live in Florida. Lady told me she couldn’t give me much information because she had no access to my files and to call 6267096077 and to speak with Mark Edward. I never called so she called me again making threads and once I told her that I made a research under my name and there was nothing she changed her story telling me that if I don’t call Mark Edward a civil judgement will be recorded against my name.

Received a call for my ex husband stating the same scenario as above.  He hasn't lived in the house since 2011 so i thought it was a little weird.  Also called back with a different number 626-344-7524 with the same scenario.

I received the same call today from Amy Creech at phone call 626-344-7424 for my ailing father. They left a "case number" #142765. We also received no actual mail notification. This is likely elder abuse. If anyone has ideas of how to report them, please let me know. Thank you.

Make a police report in your local municipality. This is the best way to expose these scams, Awarness is key. Every time they call document the date and time and any new numbers they call from theres no need to communicate  with them its a scam. You may also want to contact your local DA's Office and see if they have a unit that handles Elder Abuse and Exploitation Cases and inform them about the calls lastly reach out for your state attorney generals office and discuss this with someone in their consumer protection unit. Whatever you do NEVER give anybody your bank or credit card information and never fall for their request to go get a greendot credit card at your local drugstore these are common tacrics of a scammer. One more thing inform your family of the phone numbers and calls your receiving because scammers look up information to sound legitimate and may call family members. Block these numbers.

      Hope this helps a little.

Received calls last week and again 3 times more today from 311 from non-emergency services to call back 626-344-7524 and a 6-digit case number. I used a burner number to call after hours and the phone rang to the voice mail for a Mark Edwards.   Sounds like more scams!

All of the above comments are all too familiar- received 5 different calls - on 2/4/18, 2/5/18, 2/6/18, 2/7/18, 2/9/18 and on Caller ID, it said 311. They left a message from Amy Creech that said I needed to call 1-626-344-7524 on some calls, and 1-626-709-6077 on others and gave a case #, that there  was a pending lawsuit and I needed to call and make my statement by the end of that particular date or they would proceed. Many times they had my name wrong, they always had my DOB/Year of Birth wrong and had my address wrong. They also called my parents several times, by probably looking me up and finding out who my relatives were. I called our local Better Business Bureau and they said not to return call, they would ask to verify information and then use that against me in some way. She said I could file a complaint with FTC and local police dept. She said there was really no way to trace or stop the calls other than putting them on the Do Not Call registry

I got a call today 2/18/18 and same scenario, from a 626-618-5031 advising me to contact 626-213-2818 reg ref # 144855.
Her name was victoria Luna and said I was being sued but couldn’t give me more info. My first instinct was to google these numbers and the law firm she claimed to be calling from. T Wells and Associates. I immediately found all these comments about it being a scam. Becareful everyone! She had my year of birth, no address but employment adresss and full name.

Received a call from an unknown number today. I never answer unknown numbers but for some reason I did. The lady said her name was VICTORIA LUNA and stated there has been allegations against me. She stated the person who filed against me has mailed me letters. She gave me a case number #148813 and told me she could not give me any information. She said I needed to call T. Wells & Associates. I called the number and the guy was a complete jerk. He read me my maiden name and tried to get me to confirm the last 4 digits of a social security number. I told him I would not give him any information and if he needed to contact me, I would wait for a letter. He was very aggressive and continued to try to get me to confirm the last 4 digits. I told him I would not and he continued to grow angry. I clicked the goodbye button. This JERK is crazy!!!

    HELP ME
My boss received a call that I was being served papers, I called the number, gave the ‘reference number’ and my name, someone was trying to sue over an iPad from Aaron’s, blah blah blah, in a different state, I gave the last four of my social and said what state I lived in (at the time thinking it was legit), but didn’t give my birthday or address, I now think it was a scam because honestly if someone is going to sue they’d make sure to get the right person, but these people had my name and where I worked, should I be worried about giving the last four of my ssn?? They said they had the wrong person and apologized because the last four didn’t match but I called back and the guy was really rude (which I don’t think a real employee at a litigation office would be). I’m nervous now, please let me know if any of my information can be taken and/or used from giving that?
