I Purchased one A.C 1 ton Capacity  Model no AS122UGDN   Present not working Display  becuase of   cable damage  I have approched service centre at bellary (karnataka) pan enterprises  told them the problem and requested them to get the new piee they haver refused at told that its not possible to procure the new peice. and allso told that to coplaint to sumsang dirctly, please look in to the matter make arrangement for dispatch of display calbe set as ealry as possible.
