Never notified of reason of lawsuit

I was sued by Mary Jane Elliot and was never informed of what I was being sued for.  When I tried to submit something to the court, it was rejected.  They have since put holds on my checking account countless times, I set up a payment arrangement so they would leave my checking account alone and they still tried to take money from my checking account.  I have asked them many times what exactly they were collecting for and all I get is "a credit card".  I have even tried asking them for a settlement so I could pay it off for a lower amount and they refused.  If there is a class action lawsuit against them I want in as well.
