I did not authorized dtv to take 965.00 out if my bank acct. Left me in a terrible situation, now I have to try to get my money back, why? N what for? Ridiculous! Thieves,

I discontinued my service with Direct TV in November . I sent back their boxes and was sent a final bill of $117 at the end of November. I planned to pay the bill in December when I realized they took the money out of my checking account after I received a notice from the bank that my account was over drawn and I bounced 2 checks. I am in agreement that this is not good business. I attempted to call them but they got what they wanted and just put me on hold. I will never sign up with this company again and will would NEVER refer a friend.
