I really hope the references others provided as potential resources to assist with a cancellation will work for me. I have been trying to cancel for months.  My card finallly expired, and I received a call and I asked that the membership be cancelled.  I was told that it could only be cancelled after I provided by new card information and paid another months service.  I asked for a manager and was told there was none. I asked for a mailing address and was told I could not send it in, that they do not take checks.   I told them I would not again provide my card number, as I couldn't get them to stop previously.  I was told I would have to go to a club and take care of it.

I then started receiving calls.  LOTS of calls.  From different people every time.  I have over 40 voicemails saved from different people.  My son, who is also tied to my account started getting calls on his cell phone as well.  He has dozens of saved messages, he has recieved calls where people just yell in the phone, it is RIDICULOUS.  Last week I recieved a call from a lovely woman in Florida who was kind enough to try to help.  She gave me an address and said I could mail the check there (I sent an electronic check from my bank), and she said she was sending me a link to the form to cancel.

The problem is that to get to the form, it requires that I log in and GIVE MY CARD information to update payments before it will take me to the form.  This really should be illegal.
